TOPRA PAK

As Diwali cleaning is over now its time to prepare snacks and sweets.
During festival of Diwali we make a few savoury snacks and sweets and store them so when the guests arrive we are ready to serve. Topra Pak is a special sweet I usually make for Diwali festival.
Topra Pak also known as kopra pak is a very famous dessert in India
Topra pak is very sweet in taste and suits all occasions and festivals.
Topra/kopra means coconut which is considered very auspicious for offering to gods.
As this sweet is made with coconuts and peanuts you can also eat it while on fast.
